The five-day event in Mumbai’s Palladium Hotel was brimming with silver and small screen allure as the crème de la crème of the industry walked the ramp for Manish Malhotra, Kunal Rawal and Yogesh Chaudhary amongst many others.
Bollywood heartthrobs Shahid Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor looked strikingly hunky as they walked the ramp for designer Kunal Rawal.
TV Actor and host Karan Tacker certainly made the ladies drool as he carried off designer Ken Ferns’ creation of a monochromatic suit with a crisp white shirt and embellished buttons.

British singer-songwriter Sir Elton John expressed his outrage towards the fashion brand ‘Dolce & Gabbana’ last Sunday for making remarks against same-sex marriage and gay adoptions in an interview with the Italian fashion magazine ‘Panorama’.
Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbano, the founder-duo of the famous Italian brand quoted that the children who aren’t born into traditional families are “children of chemistry”. Here’s what they stated in the 12th March, 2015 issue of the Italian magazine ‘Panorama’ – “We oppose gay adoptions. The only family is the traditional one. No chemical offsprings and rented uterus: life has a natural flow; there are things that should not be changed.”
To which the furious songwriter/legend responded by saying “How dare you refer to my beautiful children as “synthetic.” And shame on you for wagging your judgmental little fingers at IVF — a miracle that has allowed legions of loving people, both straight and gay, to fulfill their dream of having children.“

‘Hearing hands’ a campaign devised to promote Samsung’s video call centre for hearing-impaired people took a touching approach and pleasantly surprised Muharrem, a hearing-impaired individual from a neighbourhood in Istanbul.
In order to shoot this ad campaign Samsung and Leo Burnett carried out training sessions for a month in a neighbourhood so that everyone around could learn sign language. Muharrem’s sister Ozlem collaborated with the production crew and gave him this surprise. Watch this video to find out what happened next.

Believe us; we get you and have all the reasons to hate Holi as well. Like why would one really want to get dirty with colours in the first place and later spend two hours in the shower scraping it off? Sounds stupid, right? 1. Too many colours! Like who would want to see so many colours around them? Life in monochrome is way better. Isn’t it?

3. Socialising and get-togethers? Spreading love and happiness through colours? Are you kidding? Why do all that when you can stay home and waste your life.
4. Who needs the spirit of festivity? I mean there are so many different kinds of ‘spirits’ out there already right? (…that just harm your body and soul!)
5. Memories year after year! No one needs all that!!!
6. Arrival of the fresh spring season? Ah, winters are way better. Since we all (including animals) love freezing to death!
7. They say Holi marks the harvesting of winter crop (Rabi) therefore it’s a super significant festival too! Well, all right but it’s just a holiday at the end of the day, right?
8. An opportunity to forget all differences and indulge in unadulterated fun? Who would like to do that when those ‘differences’ between people are way above their happiness and peace?
There! We don’t celebrate Holi!
On a serious note, if you do think all these reasons still don’t make you want to put on those old clothes and walk out to be a part of Holi celebrations, then we’re sorry!
Holi is one of those few festivals that are celebrated with unbridled zest in our country, irrespective of people’s religions, ethnicity and nativity etc. We urge you….go out and make memories. Forget the differences and mark new beginnings! Bye.
