Coming to the point here, this week’s airport hall of fame included celebs from various era’s of Bollywood like John Abraham, Shabana Azmi, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Hema Malini, Himesh Reshammiya and Vidhu Vinod Chopra. Here are the pictures.
In 1987, a team of four scientists form a group called Ghostbusters, to take on ghosts and spirits to save their city. Years later, the Ghostbusters are back and now there’s a new team, new gadgets and it gets hilarious!
The movie stars Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones and Chris Hemsworth! It’s directed by Paul Fieg and the release date for India still to be announced. Till then, make do with the Ghostbusters’ trailer!
When the sun came up we were hoping we’ll have something nice to look forward to today and man, did we know our wish will be fulfilled! Deadmau5 and Kanye West got into a Twitter fight and from the looks of it none of them was holding back. It all began when Kanye West posted a picture on Twitter, in which you can see different tabs and one of them reads Serum (it is a VST synthesizer made by Deadmau5 ‘s friend and Steve Duda/Xfer Records). Basically, Kanye was trying to download the software and that’s when deadmau5 caught him. Which technically gives a point to deadmau5, can’t deny that. But the funny part; it kicked in when Deadmau5 and Kanye West exchanged some tweets which were more like funny and not mean. Here’s how it went down!

We all knew Maria Goretti as the bubbly VJ from MTV before she got married to actor Arshad Warsi. And not just that, this multi-talented mother of two is also a dancer, choreographer and now a chef. She recently launched her first recipe book ‘From my kitchen to yours’ and the event was an extravagant B-town affair to say the least. Yes, he’s single (well, from time-to-time) and he rules Bollywood unlike anybody else! That’s right, our favourite ‘Bhai Jaan’ aka Salman Khan was recently spotted outside one of the restaurants in Mumbai giving us the most perfect example of #DaddyGoals.
On a late night with friends and family, Salman was seen distributing money to poor kids outside Olive restaurant in Bandra, Mumbai. This Bollywood heartthrob put a smile on those poor kids’ faces by giving each one of them (what looks like) a 500 rupees note while on his way out of the restaurant.
What’s more, the party who joined Salman over dinner included names like Malaika Arora Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Amrita Arora along with Salman’s sister Arpita and her husband Aayush!
March is upon us and we are already making our movie calendar for the month. Now that the Oscars’ fever is over, we are all set to find out Bollywood has in store for all us movie buffs. Take a look at this list of Bollywood movies releasing in March 2016 and plan your weekends. Oh and if you’re a Rishi Kapoor fan, this month is especially for you.
Jai Gangaajal – 4th March
One of the most awaited movies of this year, Jai Gangaajal, is the second instalment in the crime movie series Gangaajal starring Priyanka Chopra in the lead role. Chopra plays the role of an IPS officer SP Abha Mathur, the first ever female SP of Bankipur district, Bihar; and the story portrays her encounter with the local MLA and his supporters.
Running time – 158 minutes
Zubaan – 4th March
Starring Vicky Kaushal and Sarah Jane Dias, Zubaan, is a musical drama. The movie revolves around the story of a young boy, played by Kaushal, who develops a fear of music at an early age and his journey of overcoming the fear.

Do Lafzon Ki Kahani – 4th March
Deepak Tijori’s directorial venture, Do Lafzon Ki Kahani, is a love story between an ex-martial arts artist and a sculptor artist. The roles have been portrayed by Randeep Hooda and Kajal Aggarwal respectively, and the movie depicts the twists and turns they face in their relationship when their past is revealed.

Teraa Surroor – 11th March
Sequel to the 2007 movie Aap Kaa Surroor, Teraa Surroor, starring Himesh Reshammiya and Farah Karimaee is set to hit the screens on 11th March. The movie surprisingly also features B-town biggies Naseeruddin Shah, Shekhar Kapur and Kabir Bedi along with Monica Dogra.

Kapoor & Sons – 18th March
Another movie to look forward to from the list of Bollywood movies releasing in March 2016, Kapoor & Sons, has already caused ripples and how. Dharma productions, Rishi Kapoor, Rajat Kapoor, Ratna Pathak, Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan; do we need to say more? If the ensemble cast details aren’t enough for you to get going, there’s more. The movie revolves around two brothers, Fawad Khan and Sidharth Malhotra, YES you read that right, falling in love with the same girl (played by Alia Bhatt) and the events that follow.

Rocky Handsome – 25th March
An adaptation of the Korean movie The Man From Nowhere, Rocky Handsome, is about a man trying to rescue a young girl from the drug mafia because of the special bond he shares with her. The movie stars John Abraham and Shruti Hassan in the lead roles.

Yes, it has happened, history has been made! Leonardo DiCaprio has finally won his first Oscar for Best Actor in a leading role for The Revenant. If you watched the Oscars you must have seen the look on his face while he held the award and started with his beautiful speech. Even the other contenders for the Best Actor nominee were seen happy that it was Leo (not that they didn’t want to win but they were happy that he finally made it after so much hard work). But now it’s done, he won the Oscar and everybody went home after a great award ceremony. And to think of it, what’s Leo up to now? Well, here’s what we think!
#1 Leo knows how to party and after winning an Oscar, it has to be a grand celebration!
Now that Leonardo DiCaprio has finally won his first Oscar, he’s going to do what every Oscar winner does or must do! And that is party like a rock star, no wait, movie star! And after doing movies like Great Gatsby and Wolf of The Wall Street, we think he has got a pretty good idea on how to throw a party of a lifetime!
#2 Probably trying to take all his memes off the internet in which he couldn’t win the Oscar!
To think of it, why the hell not? You wouldn’t want to see all that after you’ve finally achieved what you always wanted! So, you might just do everything in your power to take all that hate, ‘not-so-funny (for you) things off the internet! It’s time for a change!
#3 The beginning of a new era where Leonardo winning an Oscar memes flood in like a tsunami on the internet!
Now that Leonardo DiCaprio has finally won his first Oscar, he did make history and with that the new era where memes of Leo winning an Oscar are hitting the internet like tsunami hit India. Excuse the bad joke. But just think, your Facebook, Twitter and Instagram feed is filled with posts about Leo winning the Oscar. This is a big deal, people!
#4 “The Unfortunate Oscar Winner”, autobiography by Leonardo DiCaprio
Yep, that might just be the next big thing in Leo’s head, you never know. Now that he’s got the Oscar, the next thing could be a top selling autobiography. And who wouldn’t want that?
#5 And years later, a biopic about Leo played by Leo because perfection doesn’t come that easy to anyone
If this happens, which probably will? And if by any chance Leo plays himself and wins an Oscar for that, how crazy would that be? Would you call it ‘Oscarception’, ‘Leoception’ or just a ‘Misconception’?
#6 There might be a new director in Hollywood!
Again, not going to be a big surprise, but in the future Leo might announce that he’s going to make his debut as a director. As he said in his speech, he learned a lot while working with Martin Scorsese. Maybe, just maybe, he was giving us a message. But we’re just saying!

As always, we were excited for spotting our favourite celebs on the airport but this time it was just a little off. Well, the reason is we didn’t really find what we were looking for. When we spot a celebrity we’re hoping that they’d be dressed to impress which they do (most of the times). But this time, completely opposite happened where out of all the celebrities we spotted only few held up to our expectations! Here’s everybody who was caught on camera!
#1 Sajid Nadiadwala with wife Wardha Khan
Sajid was spotted wearing a black full sleeves round neck t-shirt with dark blue sweatpants, a red cap, shades (which is like a must for every celebrity) and a pair of slippers. Now, basic is good but this was just way too basic even for a person like him. Also, Sajid was travelling with his wife, Wardha, who looked pretty good, wearing a t-shirt with rugged denims and white sneakers.
#2 Mugda Godse
It was good to spot Mugda but her sports attire left us with not a very happy face. She wore a purple pullover with black track pants and what looked like pink sports shoes. You know you can do better Mugda, not for the people but for yourself and good pictures, maybe?
#3 Sushmita Sen
The beautiful Sushmita Sen was seen leaving the airport with two her daughters. She wore a light coloured jumper with black track pants and sports shoes. Got to give it to the mom, she makes sure her daughters look nice too!
#4 Akshay Kumar
The No. 1 Khiladi was spotted sporting ‘all black everything’, from his cap to his shoes. It was good to see him experimenting with the way he was carrying his track pants. If we had an award for the best dressed celebrity spotted, we have our winner right here.
The world of Internet is so big that every day you surf and find something cool, interesting or so awesome. We think that’s why everybody loves the Internet and what we found today is so epic that we had to, had to share with you guys! So, we came across this 28 years old woman, Kay Pike, who is a model, a designer and is into cosplaying (bet that’s got your attention now). Kay comes from Calgary, Alberta and the reason why we are talking about her is because she’s talented AF!

Kay Pike has been a cosplayer for a very long time now but because of some health issues she had to keep distance from it and she couldn’t make her costumes. Pike has been suffering from arthritis. “I’ve always been cosplaying, but recently I had [arthritic] health problems and I haven’t been able to dress up,” she told Buzzfeed Canada. Arthritis made it difficult for her to sit and sew her costumes plus, it would take too much effort.
But something great happened when she met a body painter at the Edmond Comic Expo who introduced her to this new form of art. “It’s been a great way to play without the pain.”
Kay Pike showcases her work on Facebook and Instagram where around 80K people (combined fan following form both the pages) go mad looking at her work. She even live streams her work, twice a week on Twitch where you can watch the transformation happening in front of your eyes!
“People are interested at the idea that models have talent, I guess,” she says
Well, Kay, you’re definitely proving them wrong!
If you’re a Bollywood buff and always well informed about the news and trivia about the industry but have never met any celebs, we suggest you put up a camp at the Mumbai airport and you might just get lucky! Seriously, all the celebrities are travelling every now and then, be it work or a vacation. The crux is you’ll get to see one and hopefully your favourite one. But a word of advice? Take a tip or two from these celebrities to dress yourself up! You know, if you’re going to spot them at the airport, you’d want a picture (of course!) So, why not just look good while you’re at it?

#1 Sonam Kapoor
Sonam was spotted sporting an Indian striped-long kurta with black leggings and ankle boots. Also, Modi Ji was with her too, well, as a book. A bag that has got, (what looks like) lightning bolts which we think is pretty cool!
#2 Ali Zafar
Ali Zafar was seen wearing a basic black track suit with a plain white T shirt. If you ask us, nothing else will make you feel comfortable and cool if you’re flying in a track suit. That also tells how chill Ali is when it comes to travelling.
#3 Aditya Roy Kapur
The Fitoor actor was seen rocking a basic blue denim with a black T-shirt and kicks that will go with almost anything. Kapur, walked in with his blue cap and shades on like it’s nobody’s business, and that same attitude is why we love him!
#4 Sophie Choudry
The actress/singer and former MTV VJ was spotted looking beautiful, effortlessly in her casual outfit. She wore a white top with crochet sleeves, blue rugged denims and a black bag that matched her heels.
#5 Sachin Tendulkar
The Master Blaster was spotted wearing (what looked like) a lavender check shirt with black pants and black oxfords shoes. The legend basically showed us how a grown man dresses up!
#6 Abhishek Bachchan
The ‘queen bee’ junior Bachchan (as the hoodie suggests) was spotted rocking a white hoodie and basic dark blue denims with a pair of white sneakers. We don’t know why he was wearing that cap in the dark but we’re sure that bag pack makes up for it.
The Union HRD minister of India and also a former famous television personality Smriti Irani made headlines recently and how!
At her recent episode in the Lok Sabha, Smriti gave verbal slaps to those who gave impractical/nonsensical explanations about the recent events pertaining to the JNU case and incidences that were bound to further corrupt people’s minds unnecessarily. Post her speech, Smriti emerged as the Iron Lady to some and all her fans showered her with their love on Twitter. Here are a few reactions.

Bollywood actor and producer Sanjay Dutt walked out as a free man on the morning of 25th February 2016 after serving a 42-months sentence out of the five years of imprisonment in Yerawada Jail, Pune. The 56-year old actor served his period in jail first in 2007-08 where he was locked up for 18 months. On completion of a total number of 42 months of imprisonment in 2016, Dutt was declared free on the account of good behavior during his term.
On the occasion of his release, here’s a video by ANI News where Baba saluted the National Flag and kissed the ground as he walked out from the jail.

Just wandering on the land of Internet, we found this video that will help you understand what real family goals look like! The video shows, what looks like a family with their dog having a great time playing ball! With their game, the weather, the beach, the location, all is on point. But what we were happy to see the most was that their dog didn’t hold back in having fun! People make mistakes and not everyone gets a second chance to correct them. It’s just like a prank backfiring on you and there’s no escaping the embarrassment after that. Until you’ve got another shot at it. Then, you make it count and you take the shot. Similarly, a few of these actors made some mistakes (and a few didn’t) and a few years down the line they got their second chance. And did they make it count? If you ask me, they aced it. These actors played multiple superheroes in movies (life goals on point)! Let’s see how many you know!
#1 Ben Affleck’s Batman – Daredevil
If you are a fan of Ben Affleck and a superhero junkie, you probably know that his first superhero movie was Daredevil back in 2003, which had to go through a lot of criticism. You ask why? Well, because it sucked. It’s not just me but the Daredevil fans, the superhero and the comic book junkies who thought the movie could’ve done so much better but even Affleck couldn’t really pull it off. In short, Daredevil was termed as Marvel’s worst adaptation ever. And after 13 long years it was announced that Affleck would be playing Batman. The world went batshit crazy saying Affleck wouldn’t be able to pull it off using his ‘Daredevil’ history against him. But Affleck shut everybody up after the Batman v Superman trailers came out!
#2 Chris Evans’ Capt. America – The Human Torch
Before he was found frozen in ice, Capt. America was actually The Human Torch from Fantastic 4 which came out first in 2005 and then a sequel in 2007. The series over all did fine and Chris Evans was believable as The Human Torch. But, he hit jackpot when he was cast as Steve Rogers/Captain America in Captain America: The First Avenger. No doubt that he was the correct choice for the role and he fulfilled the expectations of every Marvel fan. Now that the two instalments of Captain America movies are here and the third, Captain America: Civil War is not that far, we can hardly wait to see who will have the last stand, Cap or Iron Man!
#3 Ryan Reynolds’ Green Lantern – Deadpool
Hal Jordon (Ryan Reynolds), the chosen one by the ring couldn’t really save everyone, especially whoever watched his movie. Green Lantern had almost everything you need for a superhero movie. But the makers probably forgot that a storyline matters too. To put it simply, Green Lantern is to DC what Daredevil is to Marvel. Green Lantern came out in 2011 and Ryan got his second chance, which was also his dream, to make a Deadpool. And now that Deadpool is out, the movie has broken all the X-men movies’ records in just 10 days. That’s something, if you ask me. Also, the sequel is already in the works!
#4 Halle Berry’s Storm – Catwoman
Everybody remembers Storm from X-Men, she can change the weather and that is one hell of a power for a mutant. She can drown you; smoke you up by bringing down the lightning right on you and what not. Storm has always been a bad ass and a very strong mutant that you better not take lightly. On the other hand, Halle played Catwoman in 2004 and man, that movie has done no justice to its name. But sure, if you want to watch Halle Berry purr, be my guest and watch the movie.
#5 Aaron Taylor Johnson’s Kick-Ass – Quicksilver
Aaron made his debut as a superhero in Kick-Ass (2010) in which he is inclined towards the idea of being a superhero and saving the people around him. Along with Aaron’s work the movie was great too, which led the makers to bring up a sequel in 2013. The next time everybody saw Aaron as a more powerful superhero, when he showed up in The Avengers: Age of Ultron as Quicksilver. Sadly, Quicksilver dies by the end of the movie but he was a really cool hero to be seen on the big screen!
#6 Brandon Routh’s Superman – Atom
There have been a few actors who have played Superman but there’s been only one actor who played Superman AND then another superhero. Brandon Routh played Superman in Superman Returns in 2006 and now, he plays Atom in the TV show Legends of Tomorrow and has also featured in The Flash and The Arrow as the same. And from what I know, he was appreciated for both the roles.
Now that we know that these actors played multiple superheroes in movies, we can’t wait for more! We hope the list grows longer with new superheroes and insane movies in the coming future! *fingers crossed*
Leo is all set for the Oscars and all he needs now is your help! We’re not kidding! He’s actually running after it and so are the other celebrities nominated for it.
