Kim Kardashian revealed the gender of her baby number two on Instagram on Sunday night with an adorable picture of Kanye reading a book with his daughter North.

The couple had known about the gender for quite a while now and wanted to keep it a secret from the public. The Keeping up with the Kardashian star and her rapper hubby said that would’ve been very happy with another baby girl but now they feel beyond blessed to be having a baby boy and are looking forward to seeing Kanye have a ‘mini-me’.

After sharing the news over Instagram, Kim also tweeted ‘You’re such a good daddy to North & you will be the best daddy to our new son too!’

Bihar’s super 30 boys’ success

Hard work does not always yield results, but these two kids have proved that there is no such thing as wasted effort. Raju and Brijesh Kumar Saroj, the two sons of a daily wager Dharamraj Saroj who works in a cloth mill factory in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh cracked the IIT-JEE.

Raju (18) and Brijesh (19) cleared the IIT Advanced examinations earlier this week. Raju secured 167th rank while his brother Brijesh stood 410th in the exam.

Brijesh Kumar was one of Anand Kumar’s Super 30 (the coaching institute) students. Their family faced many acute hardships, however, once at Super 30, he got the opportunity to concentrate on his studies without bothering about anything.

The news of their success spread quickly and before they knew it many famous faces & personalities came to congratulate and help them.

Human resource development minister Smriti Irani on Saturday waived the admission fees for the two brothers from Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh. “Informed family that registration fees will be waived off and will be eligible for scholarships that cover tuition, mess and other charges,” the minister posted on Twitter.

They have even gathered the admiration of Aamir Khan and Rahul Gandhi, among others. Anand Kumar, the teacher at super 30, feels it’s a great gesture that eminent personalities are taking so much interest in the success of students from underprivileged sections.

10 reasons why Wolverine the ‘badass’ would definitely be a bad roommate!

When we hear the term superheroes, Wolverine is one that comes to mind among few. While many of us wish we had his super powers, those adamantine claws and regenerative factors topped with super human strength make him a real badass superhero. But in reality if we really knew Wolverine, believe us – living with him would be pretty sucky. Here are some reasons why Wolverine would make the worst roommate ever.

1. Hair, hair, everywhere: Wolverine is known to be hairy, that implies hair strands all over the house! Maybe in the food, in the bathroom or on your bed, god knows where all. Ewww……

2. Anger Management: Having a roommate comes with a lot of quarrels over trivial issues – that’s a given. And when that time comes, be prepared to get thrashed, scratched and bashed all over by this angry mutant. Even if the argument was in your favour, be insanely careful when he’s in a foul mood lest you might end up regretting picking up a fight with the wrong team!

3. Drunken Stupor: Wolverine is known to be a drunk, and most of the time you’ll be that friend who’ll have to carry his drunken ass home! Seriously, listening to all his issues (he does have a loooooot of issues) and resolving the fights he picks up with random strangers is going to be a task. Worst case scenario? Imagine him losing his temper over his roommate without realizing you’re on his side.

4. Getting slashed: You’ll probably end up getting slashed, a lot of times. Perhaps when you have guests over, you’ll have to sleep all stuffed together on a single bed with him. And bam! You get stabbed in the stomach!

The aftermath: Half the time you’ll be apologising to people for the trouble he has caused, perhaps he had a fight with the neighbours, or he broke the car of a random dude just cause he was angry or he tore a train apart cause he was drunk! Realising that these people can’t really stand up against Wolvie, random thugs might end up beating you instead for revenge.

8. The fans: If Wolverine did exist, half the time your house would be surrounded by fans wanting to ask questions and to get autographs and what not. Since Wolverine is a master at being lazy you might have to end up dealing with this too. Most people would be envious of you living with a superhero, only if they knew!

9. The daily bread: Being a superhero is a 24/7 job. Meaning – you’ll pretty much be doing all the earning in the house, providing the daily bread, paying the bills and fulfilling the drinking and smoking habits of that lazy mutant, all this comes under your territory. Think again, is it really worth it?

10. The wet dog smell: People usually smell really good after taking a shower. However, Wolverine would give a different experience to you if you meet him right after a shower. An experience that will leave you scarred and will only remind you of your wet dog!

Happy Birthday to the legendary Star Lord – Chris Pratt!

Born on 21^st June in Minnesota, the American actor Chris Pratt turned 36 this month. This has certainly been the year for the Guardians of the Galaxy fame, who recently stole people’s hearts being the Father of raptors(Alpha) in the Jurassic World movie.

Talking about his fatherhood, the Hollywood heartthrob also celebrated his son Jack Pratt’s birthday on the same day as Father’s Day! Well, that’s a brilliant co-incidence!

First International Day of Yoga in these beautiful pictures

June 21 was declared as the International Day of Yoga by the UN General Assembly in December 2014 and the world got together to celebrate it in all its glory. How many times have we witnessed people getting together to celebrate a single spiritual practice that empowers the mental and physical being of the human body? Never before!

In 2014, during his address to the UN General Assembly, Prime Minister Narendra Modi called for the world to adopt June 21 as the International Day of Yoga as a step towards encouraging holistic health and well being. Not only did the first ever International Day of Yoga observe participation from a record-breaking 84 nationalities at once, the day also broke the record for the largest ever Yoga class having 35,985 participants altogether at New Delhi’s Rajpath.

7 things a beard virgin should expect while growing one for the first time!

If you’ve never kept a beard and have always been fascinated with one, NOW is the time! We’ve heard some people say that beards don’t suit certain men and beards are unhygienic and what not. Don’t listen to them. Listen to us. People will have their opinions. Some will like it on you, some won’t. But hey! Who cares? At the end of the day you’re the one who has to carry it off right? That’s why here’s a list of things one should expect while growing a beard for the first time.

1. It is a real slow process!
Like they say ‘all good things take time’ and growing a beard is the perfect example. Let’s just say it takes about 2.5-3 weeks for a nice looking beard to grow in its full glory. Therefore, always keep in mind that this change is going to take time!

2. People will have their opinions. Remember – You’re not entitled to any.
Some will encourage you to follow the process of growing a beard and some won’t. Don’t listen to them or anyone who tells you not to do it. Make your own choices and be proud of them.

3. The first week will make you feel erm… not so appealing but like they say – patience is a virtue.
Yes, the first week especially is the hardest. With a small patch of hair covering your face, you feel different. And mostly it’s not good different. Just hang in there!

4. It is going to itch. A lot.
Beard is itchy. Though they do have beard smoothening lotions and different products out there to make it better, it is all a part of the packaged deal. At first it might just annoy the cr*p outta you but then remember – things will get better and you will eventually get used to it.

5. People staying in the hotter parts of the country will experience SOME SWEATING!
Sweating happens everywhere (well almost). So why should your face be an exception?

6. It needs maintenance.
Invest in a good beard trimmer and keep your beard nice and shiny. Though maintaining a beard isn’t too complicated. Just a little bit of brush up every now and then and you’re good to go.

7. Contrary to the popular opinion, the chicas dig it!
Of course women love beards. Not sticking to a stereotype here but most of the women love a little bit of scruff on a man’s face. And that’s a great reason to grow a beard! You’re welcome!

3 easy ways to wear eyeliner

Wearing too much makeup is not a good idea especially when the sun is on top of your head. No-makeup makeup look is in these days but you can add a pop of colour to your eyes & let them do the talking. ‘Eyes are the windows to your soul’ and you need to make sure they’re done well. Wear these easy eye looks using turquoise eyeliner for your girls’ day out, Sunday brunch or for the office & it will help you stand out.

1) Classic liner

Simply draw a line with your kohl pencil right above your lashes and make sure to cover all gaps. You can pass multiple strokes to make it more intense & finish off with mascara.

2) Dual liner

Apply black gel liner above your upper lashes & smudge it out slightly using a pencil brush giving it a smokey look. Tightline your lower water line with the kohl pencil & apply it below your lashes as well. Then apply mascara on to your lashes for a finished look.

3) Add some colour

Start off by applying black gel liner above your upper lashes & lower water line as you normally do and smudge it off. Use your turquoise kohl pencil, apply that on the tear duct area and blend it with the black eye liner. Apply mascara to finish.

Meet Matilda the alien cat, puss in boots in real life

Have you met Matilda the alien cat? She is a cat who has a rare genetic eye condition called spontaneous lens luxation causing her eye lenses to detach leading her pupil to enlarge continuously and making her blind. Don’t worry the celestial cat isn’t in pain or anything. Her owners known as “The Bearded Man” and “The Lady” on Instagram, take great care of their handicapped moggy and upload photos of their beloved feline friend.

What’s special about her is that this rare condition makes her eyes look like an alien’s. Here are the pictures. See for yourself!

The warriors dethrone the king. An overview of the NBA finals

Nothing worth having comes easy. The NBA finals have finally come to an end and after 40 years the Golden State Warriors have bagged their 1^stNBA title. While the opposition, the Cleveland Cavaliers, were as fierce as ever even with their two starters ( Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love ) injured and unable to play they still managed to fight at par. But in the end it was the Warriors who prevailed on top as a team.

Before game six, LeBron James tried to keep his team’s spirit up and the fans hyped and confident by giving a bold statement in the press “I feel confident because I’m the best player in the world, it’s that simple”.

But the Warriors team’s game play rotating the ball from side to side, end to end, under the sheer brilliance of Stephen Curry along with all round play of Andre Iguodala followed up with the dominance of Draymond Green’s triple–double brought an end to Cavaliers successful season with the final score 105 – 97, leading to golden victory in game 6.

The players from Golden State always say it’s the support of their fans that brought them so far, known for being the best fans in the league, and here is the Oakland police department leaving a friendly reminder of the same.

As for the post-game events, Andre Iguodala was named MVP of the NBA finals with 25 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds in game 6. While the Season’s MVP Steph Curry brings home 25 points, 8 assists and 6 rebounds to seal NBA title for the Golden State Warriors.

LeBron did his best by dropping 32 points and getting 18 rebounds but sadly hard work does not always yield rewards. Yet both players had immense respect for each other.

As for the excitement, energy and happiness this photo shows it more than words can describe. Hey look even lil Riley Curry joins the party.
