This Thursday (11^th June, 2015) relive those memories with Jurassic World (reboot) and that is not the only reason you should be watching this movie. Who would have thunk that Irrfan Khan, who at one point couldn’t even afford the ticket to watch Jurassic Park in the 90’s now runs the Jurassic World. Just too much respect!

Battle of the exes? Major Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez news!

Rumour has it that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez might be releasing a new video soon, not together obviously!

But there seems to be an ongoing battle between the two and too a social one! Both Gomez and Bieber have been seen sharing sexy shots of themselves in the SHOWER on Instagram teasing their fans. Yes! You can read it again, but the facts won’t change!

Why we think it’s a war? Well soon after Justin’s ex bae Selena posted her steamy topless picture in the shower quoting “Ready.. #itscomingsoon”; he posted a similar picture, without any caption though. Despite their messy breakup, clearly Justin is still keeping tabs on Selena, after all the heart wants what it wants. Or is it just a case of showing off their hot bodies on Instagram?

Up, up and away! And that’s how Mother Targaryen killed it in Game of Thrones Episode 9!

Let’s admit it; the entire world was thrilled with last week’s installment of Game of Thrones (episode 8) as the Whitewalkers came snarling down the mountains destroying almost half the wildlings’ army. As the winter approached in the north, our beloved kingdoms of the south had a different story to tell. Take a look at a flash back of the latest episode and what made it so awesome!

Spoilers ahead OBVIOUSLY!

1. Game of Thrones Season 5 Episode 9 – ‘The Dance of Dragons’ concluded with a beautiful, like never before, twist in the end as Khaleesi gave her fans something to look forward to (finally the woman has started to make sense)! Yes, her free dragon named ‘Drogon’ saved the day (and his mother) while in an attack by the Sons of the Harpy in Meereen! We bet the moment when she mounts Drogon and flees away from the fighting arena stole the hearts of millions around the world! Long live Khaleesi! Now get the other two children out (It’s about time).

PS – While all this happened, did we mention that Hizdahr zo Loraq got murdered by the Sons of the Harpy? Dang! Was a good man, that one!

2. Stannis Baratheon – We dislike you (read HATE). Who sets his own daughter on fire for an Iron Throne? Our hearts were shattered when Lady Melisandre torched up the pyre with Princess Shireen tied to it. Game of Thrones has showed us how bad/inhuman people can really be! Well atleast, Stannis got a little dose by the Boltons in the beginning of the episode where Ramsay with an army of 20 raided their tents and lit up their horses. Good move boy! Next time, go for Melisandre! She’s the cunning counselor that will surely take Stannis down one day.

3. Jon Snow makes it back to the wall (with the wildlings) – Yes, Lord commander Jon Snow made it back with the left over army of wildlings to prepare for a bigger battle with the Whitewalkers. We’d love to see that now, won’t we? Alliser Thorne seemed a bit reluctant in opening the gates for them at first, but does it anyway. God knows what’s in store for this new union between the two arch enemies!

4. Little Arya sure has something on her mind. Her role in the last episode wasn’t very clear regarding what she really wanted, but we definitely know there’s something plotting in her little head! The thin-man isn’t one of her biggest concerns right now!

5. Jamie Lannister’s daughter is finally getting home! With Jamie and Bronn declared free by Prince Doran, now the reunited father and daughter are set to go back to King’s Landing joined by the prince of Dorne Trystane Martell who is to wed Jamie’s daughter!

Kim Kardashian, pregnant, for the second time!

The reality TV star Kim K married to rapper Kanye West revealed the news of her pregnancy in a teaser clip shown after the mid-season finale of the show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. This will be the second child of the couple after their two year old daughter North West. The clip shows Kim telling her sister, Khloe, that a blood test following another attempt confirmed that she was pregnant. Take a look at the video below that reveals this happy moment.

Winter is here: Season 5 of Game of Thrones has finally impressed us and how!

Only when we were about to pass off the 5^th season of Game of Thrones as a snooze fest, the 8^thinstalment of the season made a huge comeback almost looking like the best episode of the series so far!

Now now, we know that you’re thinking about all those times when our beloved and not-so-beloved characters were beheaded, when Tyrion Lannister demanded for a trial by combat and the heart breaking Red Wedding but but BUT, hold your thoughts right there. The thing about this episode is that every single second of the viewing will have you gasping like Cameron Tucker from Modern Family. Don’t believe us? Read on for the round-up of the episode.

Goes without saying? MASSIVE SPOILERS AHEAD

1) Arya Stark is now Lanna

Arya Stark finally figured her way through the faceless man game and is seen working as a clam and cockles vendor. Jaqen has also handed her the task of poisoning a gambler playing with the lives of many innocent commoners and their families. Whether she’ll be able to do it or not will decide her fate.

2) Cersei Lannister has finally been shown the right place

In the end of the 7^th episode of the series, Cersei was seen locked up under charges of murder, treason and incest. Things go further downhill as she is tortured, beaten up, kept thirsty and starving. The only way out for now is for her to confess her wrong doings to the High Sparrow, which she obviously decided not to.

3) Sansa finally finds out the truth about her brothers

In the middle of a rather heated conversation with Reek/Theon Grejoy, Sansa finds out that her brother Bran and Rickon were not murdered, contrary to the popular belief. Theon Greyjoy tells her that he hung and burnt two farm boys just to instil fear amongst the people of Winterfell as the Stark brothers managed to escape just in time.

4) Khaleesi and Tyrion Lannister discuss her possibility of taking over the seven kingdoms

While Tyrion Lannister is busy trying to convince Khaleesi to not kill him, the mother of dragons ensures him of the fact that she doesn’t care about the houses in the seven kingdoms. She left us feeling speechless with her closing line, “I am not going to stop the wheel, I am going to break the wheel”.

5) Jon Snow, the Wildlings and the dead army

Jon Snow and Tormund cross the sea to persuade the Wildlings to join forces with the Crows only to face the army of Whitewalkers a bit too early (Did someone say winter?). Were they prepared to fight them? NO, and that’s why this episode surpasses all the previous path breaking milestones of the series. Have we mentioned that the Whitewalker army doubled leaving Jon Snow wondering WTF!

A press conference of one of the most awaited award ceremonies of the year, IIFA Awards, was recently held in Mumbai and it was a star studded affair. Dior unveils Rihanna’s Secret Garden IV campaign video and it’s just too glamourous!

Superstar Rihanna is the new face of the luxury brand Dior and she takes over the Palace Of Versailles for her first ever video campaign for the brand. RiRi can be seen strutting effortlessly through the Hall of Mirrors in a beautiful sequined dress. The video features parts of a new soundtrack from the star’s album called Only If For A Night which is yet to release. The 27 year old popstar posted a picture on Instagram immediately after the campaign was launched, where she was seen carrying a fake pink hand gun and wearing an over-sized military green jacket with ripped denims.

Reasons why Game of Thrones season 5 is a snooze fest!

We’re pretty sure all Game of Thrones fans out there are sort of disappointed with how season 5 has turned out so far. Things are let’s just say… drab. Don’t know what we’re talking about? Here’s a look at a few characters that have proved to be extremely disappointing for us episode after episode!

Warning: Spoilers ahead!

1) Khaleesi – Well somebody’s lost the plot here and is behaving like Sansa Stark! Yes, we have never come across a more confused character than Daenerys Targaryen especially when she decided to marry Hizdahr zo Loraq from the ancient family in Meereen while fornicating with her mercenary captain Daario Naharis. Now what’s that all about? We feel like holding her by the shoulders and shaking her real hard to do something better if she wants to be the queen of the seven kingdoms! Also, a word of advice – being ruthless to innocent souls is NOT what we expect from her.

2) Sansa Stark – There’s not much to talk about Sansa here. Just like the previous seasons, the damsel in distress (quite perpetually) doesn’t have a lot to do this season either (apart from erm… getting raped by her not-so-loving husband Ramsay Bolton)! Sansa! WAKE UP!!!! Trust no one in Winterfell! You still have friends in the north remember? (And Theon Greyjoy isn’t one of them). Get a grip of yourself, light that candle in the high tower and for lords’ sake start trusting the right people (Hint: Lady Brienne of Tarth)

3) King Tommen – Hey there little one, how about behaving like a real king? Your wife’s in prison, your brother-in-law is in the prison and NOW YOUR MOTHER IS IN THE PRISON!!!! That’s very kingly of you. We need war or some action since you have enough reasons to stand up and do something that would finally make history.

4) Arya Stark – Training to be a master assassin under Jaqen H’ghar (the Faceless Man)? Really? We expected you to pull out great guns and take revenge for your family. All those seasons you’ve been chanting names of people you wanted dead made us believe you’d come up with a plan, a smart plan by a 15 year old. But scrubbing floors and cleaning corpses wasn’t a part of the agenda now, was it?

5) Jorah Mormont – Trying to earn brownie points by capturing Tyrion Lannister to impress your Khaleesi? We must say it was a good idea indeed but then like they say ‘life’s what happens while you’re busy making other plans’; in your case – well, sh*t happened’. Ser Jorah was expected to be back with a big bang but now the best option for him is to only worry about not turning into one of those stone men! Wake us up when that’s over!

6) Theon Greyjoy – Reek, boy you only ‘reek’ of cowardice, treachery and contempt! How about showing some mercy for the girl you grew up with? Don’t make us hate you more than we hated Geoffrey! Be a man, believe us – you don’t really need ‘man parts’ to act like one! Your face makes us angry and bored at the same time. Enough said!

So there! Season 5 you’ve been not-so-good this far! Please pick up! Your fans have high hopes with the lead characters (to say the least)! And for heaven’s sake – WHERE the heck is winter?!?

Everyday objects turned into playful illustrations by artist Victor Nunes

Artist Victor Nunes has come up with a different form of three dimensional arts in which he creates playful yet beautiful illustrations by objects surrounding him picking inspiration from simple things. He uses everyday objects as common as pencils and pen caps, biscuits, scissors and turns them into illustrations like popcorn turned into faces, lettuce into hair and dresses, pencil shavings into mohawks and wings of birds. The 70 year old artist and a retired director, has left the social media awestruck with his remarkably good artistic skills.
