Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan promote Kapoor & Sons (Since 1921) at DLF Mall of India in NCR

The team of Kapoor & Sons (Since 1921) visited the DLF Mall of India as part of their movie’s promotion. The mall authorities played the perfect host and made a surprise arrangement for Alia Bhatt’s birthday. While Alia, Sidharth and Fawad waved to their fans gathered in huge numbers, a small cake cutting ceremony added to the fun. The trio spoke to the media and even danced to the song ‘Kar Gayi Chull’ from their movie and compelled the entire crowd to shake a leg with them.

Alia looked relaxed in a blue half-printed knee-length dress while Sidharth and Fawad turned up in their usual best.

400 brands meticulously spread across 2 million square feet of land – yes we are talking about the largest mall of the country. The recently-opened DLF Mall of India in Noida is certainly a shopper’s paradise housing a plethora of high-street brands under one roof. H&M has its biggest store here.

Airport Spotting: Alia, Sidharth and Fawad steal the show yet again

Love travelling? Seriously, if you live in between places and are always hopping from one zone to the other for work, Here’s how you can manage all the movement without much ado. Travel junkies Alia, Sidharth, Fawad and many others decode the code just for you.

And, that’s one of the many reasons why we love Bollywood, hands down.

From jackets, shoes, bags to sunglasses – the stars from tinsel town are giving away serious head-to-toe travel looks to hack NOW. From Alia’s look, we loved the over-sized military jacket for it has everything that could save anyone from committing a fashion faux pas and is utterly comfy and weather-friendly. The fringed bag, those cat-eyed pair of sunglasses teamed with ripped denims and royal blue sneakers are quintessential for getting that perfect check-in selfie.

Giving Alia Bhatt a serious competition is actor and author Twinkle Khanna who looked fabulous in a sleeveless long jacket and a pair of aviators. She certainly made this simple look effortlessly gorgeous.

Men should not feel left out at all. Sidharth and Fawad are on a spree defining summer wardrobe essentials like a pro. Sidharth looked dapper in that all-black look without a second thought. But, when he completed the look with a pair of printed boat shoes he certainly made fashion critics sit up and watch. Fawad Khan with that denim patchwork shirt reinvented royal with a bit of street chic leaving us all with some serious fashion goals.

Airport spotting: Alia, Sidharth and Fawad reinvent easy-dressing with a bit of mischief

Movie promotions have certainly moved beyond first looks and a run-of-the-mill teaser song. Gone are the days when an actor’s job was just limited to acting and shooting for the movie. The acting bit only makes up for the half the work today. The second half consists of promoting the movie. And by promoting, we mean offering a limited yet very exciting insight into the movie and converting every viewer possible into an end consumer. Did we mention that promoting the movie has very little acting involved? Yes, promoting means you have to look effortlessly fashionable and confident while travelling across the country to give millions of people a reason to buy that one ticket to watch your upcoming movie. The cast of Kapoor & Sons (Since 1921) is setting a perfect example of the same.

Set to hit the screens this Friday, the super stylish cast of the movie in their comfy denims showed up at the airport with a bit of both – mischief and intelligence. Their t-shirts read out the movie title and its date of release – out and loud and at the same time they redefined the denim-look for all the travel junkies. In case fashion critics are looking at them closely – we must admit this trio is only leading the way up.

Radio Mirchi’s office was lit up yesterday and we have reasons to believe. Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan stopped by at Radio Mirchi for the promotion of their upcoming romantic / drama movie, Kapoor & Sons. The trio showed up looking pretty damn cool living up to our expectations!

What we absolutely loved was Sidharth Malhotra bringing back the denim-on-denim trend, dressed head to toe in American Swan. Now isn’t that the right outfit inspiration for men?

Kapoor & Sons is coming out on 18^thMarch, and from what we have noticed people are really excited! The pictures below can tell that their time spent at Radio Mirchi was fun! Take a look.
