Let’s admit it, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are one of the hottest Bollywood couples currently and with their much awaited flick Bajirao Mastani’s release date just around the corner, the real life couple is spotted at various events promoting their film.

The dynamic duo was recently found romancing and pulling off their antics (Ranveer Singh especially) at the sets of the Colors TV show Swaragini. Deepika Padukone was seen wearing an Anju Modi saree, the label behind the movie’s costumes, and needless to say looked gorgeous as ever. Ranveer was also spotted promoting the movie in character but the best part was their PDA. Don’t these two make PDA also look cool? We think so.

Mumbai airport celebrity diaries: spotted Kareena, Kangana, Sonam and many more

Mumbai airport was found flooded with celebrities last weekend, each one of them dressed quite differently than the other.

Kareena and Kangana were spotted together at the airport for their appearance at the HT Leadership Summit, where both of them were full of praises for each other. Kangana gave us two different looks and the former just one. Kareena was seen wearing a casual pullover with denims and a pair of black knee-length boots. Kangana on the other hand carried out a funky look wearing a bomber jacket and her baggy pants followed by a second look in a shirt and skirt combo teamed with a Burberry trench.

Bollywood’s very own fashionista, Sonam Kapoor looked quite similar to Kareena Kapoor in a routine white tee and denim look, teamed with an oversized cardigan.Vidya Balan looked her usual self wearing a comfy shirt-kurta paired with flats looking slightly in-character from her upcoming thriller, Ribhu Dasgupta’s Te3n.

Rocking the November look in December, Ranvir Shorey was also seen at the airport keeping it very casual, if we might call it, dressed in a hulk tee and denims.

Style meets glamour at the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour 2015, Mumbai

Mumbai witnessed a two day extravaganza of style and glamour as the 11th edition of Blenders Pride Fashion Tour 2015 kicked off on 4th of December at the Grand Hyatt hotel.

The tour commenced on 4^th December and presented gorgeous creations by designers JJ Valaya, Rahul Mishra, Masaba Gupta and designer duo Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna over two days. Take a look at the pictures from the event.

Day 1 at the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour 2015 began with simple yet edgy outfits, a trademark aesthetic, by designer Rahul Mishra in shades of black, blue and white. Models walked the ramp wearing ensembles perfect for fall with hint of sheer and leather in subtle prints.

The day ended with an exhilarating show by designer JJ Valaya who left everyone mesmerised with his designs. His collection named ‘The Bolshoi Bazaar’, consisted of suits and sarees with intricate embroidery in shades of scarlet, red and indigo. Actress Sonakshi Sinha stole the show with her smile as she walked the ramp for the designer looking glamourous in a red lehenga.

Day 2 at the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour 2015 witnessed a modern twist with innovative and quirky creations by designer Masaba Gupta. Models walked the ramp wearing short jackets, capes and shirt dresses with a hint of bling in bold and bright shades of blue, orange, pink and yellow.

The second day of the grand affair ended with models showcasing classic and chic designs by the famous designer duo Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna. Their collection consisted of sequined jumpsuits and dresses in shades of black, white and beige. The evening came to an end with actress Parineeti Chopra, as showstopper in a black sequenced cape dress looking simply breath taking.

The Mumbai edition of the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour 2015 left everyone spellbound and was a complete delight to the eyes.

Kalki Koechlin walks for designer Mayyur Girotra and we just can’t take our eyes off her!

Designer Mayyur Girotra marked one of the biggest fashion previews in the capital last week by bringing back the old world charm of Moulin Rouge and we are still hanging here all mesmerised by it.

Presenting a collection that makes us want to go back to the 70’s, the biggest highlight of this preview was Kalki Koechelin, of the ‘Margarita with a straw’ fame, looking stunning in a black floor length structured jacket with pants.

Embellished sarees, lehengas, fitted pants and dresses; all in shades of red, gold, black and white dominated the collection.

What’s more, there was a little something in the men’s section too, comprising bandhgala’s, Nehru jackets and kurtas’ in similar tones making the entire collection a sparkly line-up for the big fat Indian weddings.

Another star-studded affair, the GQ Fashion Nights in Mumbai left us gasping and how! We love GQ for providing that extra edge to men’s fashion and GQ fashion nights just took the awesomness to another level.

Held at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai, the GQ Fashion Nights was a mix of all things fashion, style and men. The red carpet saw the best of B-town turn up looking glamorous including Dia Mirza, Zaheer Khan, Pernia Qureshi, Adhuna Akhtar, Mandira Bedi, Kabir Bedi and many more.

Hair hacks every girl should know

The toughest part about getting ready in the morning is not always getting the right clothes; it’s getting the right hair. And everyone has those hurried morning when hair styling takes a back seat because the alarm didn’t go off or you decided to sleep in for those extra 20 minutes. For those dreaded days, we have got you these easy simple yet affordable hair hacks that can make one go from drab to fab in less than 10 minutes.

1. Dry Shampoo

We don’t always get time to wash and dry our hair in the mornings and the horror of having an oily and greasy scalp in public has given nightmares to many. To avoid that situation, just sprinkle some dry shampoo on to your roots and along the base of your hair and it will help in absorbing all the oil from your scalp giving your hair a more polished and fresh look. But the key to using dry shampoo is to use it before your head hits the pillow at night. The dry shampoo will do its magic overnight, resulting in healthy looking hair in the morning.

Tip: If you don’t have dry shampoo, you can also use baby powder to solve the purpose.

2. Tame down the frizz with the colour brush

If you are ready to go out with your hair tied in a bun or a braid but those flyways are bothering you then this hack is all you need. Tame down that frizz with the help of a colour brush and hairspray. Spray just enough hairspray to cover the bristles of the colour brush and run it over those stubborn flyaway strands to tame it down (after you are done with your hairdo). This will hold your hair in place for quite a long time.

Tip: You can use an old toothbrush if you don’t have a colour brush.

3. Spin pins

Sometimes using too many bobby pins becomes very painful but you can swap them with *drum rolls in the background* spin pins. If you haven’t heard of spin pins, you are missing out. They are sort of twisted bobby pins and have extra grip which helps in holding your hair in place. So, instead of using 20 bobby pins use 2 to 3 spin pins and keep your hair intact. Throw your hair up in a bun, spin the pin to your hair and you are good to go.

Curling those long tresses takes a lot of time but if you have invested energy and efforts in your makeup and preparing your outfit, you definitely would not want to compromise with your hair. Would you ? Don’t waste time on thinking, we have got a solution for you. Now you can curl your hair and that too in 5 minutes. Pull all your hair up in a very high ponytail (exactly on top of your head) and taking small sections, wrap them around the curling iron. Once you’re done curling all the sections, untie your hair and spray some hairspray. This is a quick method to curl your hair and you can also make sure that you don’t miss out any strands of hair uncurled.

5. Headband hairdo

It is very difficult to manage freshly washed hair, but here’s a hair hack that’s sure to help you. All you need is a headband. Grab the headband, wrap all your hair through it and you have a really pretty headband hairstyle. It might look like you have spent a lot of time doing this hairdo but in reality it only takes one minute. This is a really fun way to accessorise your updo with a colourful headband and also keep your hair out of your face.

6. Messy bun

The safest and quickest hair hack when you’re running short of time is to tie your hair in a messy bun. There is no particular way of doing a messy bun and there are no steps to follow to achieve that look. Basically, you just have to mess up the bun and fix those loose locks with few bobby pins.
