Girl-on-girl hate needs to stop just about now and here’s a message from these female influencers around the world #GirlLove

Youtuber Lilly Singh aka Superwoman’s recent video is something we all need to watch right now. The famous YouTube celebrity has over 7 million followers around the globe, out of which around 84% are women. For the same reason, Superwoman along with many other YouTubers (we’d like to call them female influencers) gathered together in one video to spread a message that the world needs to hear.

Needless to say, these influencers/video bloggers themselves have garnered a lot of attention in the social media circuit with big names like Mamrie Hart, Colleen Evans, Shay Mitchell amongst others.

Here’s what Lilly Singh’s video description says:

“Girl-on-girl hate is such a huge issue in schools, at the workplace and/or online. It’s about time we got rid of this lame trend and came together to build women up. Watch the video and tag all your female friends in the #GirlLove challenge! Simple post a compliment towards another woman on social media using the hashtag #GirlLove. All revenue from this video will be donated to the Malala Fund in support of educating girls around the world.”
