Actor Farhan Akhtar’s foundation MARD (Men Against Rape and Discrimination) that advocates ‘responsible masculinity’ extended its support to the much-talked-about series ‘Main Kuch Bhi Kar Sakti Hoon’ to promote women empowerment.
After launching its second season at a trans-media show in Mumbai recently, the actor who vowed to spread awareness about gender equality and rape tweeted “#MARD is proud to be associated with ‘Main Kuch Bhi Kar Sakti Hoon’ a Doordarshan TV serial on women empowerment & male responsibility”. The second season of the show focusses on women empowerment during adolescence through self-help groups, male involvement and responsibility.
