Steps
Take plain white paper and scrunch it to give it texture. Carefully unfold the chart paper and wrap your gift.
Now, take red and green colour and paint dots randomly covering the entire surface area of the paper (you may use any round brush but I am using chopsticks here) and let it dry for 10 minutes.
Tie the red ribbon around the gift and add some Christmas balls or any decorations to give it a festive touch and voila!
