Every year Grammys pick the best of music by choosing artists from different genres, who have managed to create a wave with their music. Grammys have always meant a big deal to artists and of course to the fans because who doesn’t want to see their favourite artist win? And just like every year, we have our fingers crossed for our favourite nominees. We have our hopes high. Oh, we have waited to say this: “And the nominees for Grammys 2016 are!”

However, ‘See You Again’ had people all teary because well Paul Walker. Not just that, the song captures the emotion pretty well, and Charlie Pruth’s chorus kind of eases the sadness. We’d stick with Wiz Khalifa for this one.

Our very own, well-known and loved YouTuber, Lilly Singh aka Superwoman, got herself a new apartment and she’s all excited about it! But it’s not fun and games when you have ALL the responsibilities of turning an apartment into a home by yourself. Superwoman, living up to her name, did what she said while she gave us a tour of her new place and made us laugh through it. Also, she won the bet (watch the video, seriously!). ‘Food’ is a very sensitive topic when you talk about a foodie’s life. A foodie can be anyone; your best friend, your family member, your girlfriend and even your boss. Comic-Con Delhi put a great end to the weekend! Here’s all you need to know!

Comic-Con is nearly as good as heaven for any entertainment lover, nerd and a geek who wants to be surrounded by awesome people pulling off insane cosplays. Not just comics but also TV series inspired merchandise that have never been seen before (well, not all of them) was put out on display for the fans to drool over.

Not to forget, socialising with people who have common interest in a specific character or series as you ended with satisfying debates and hard to forget conversations. We even spotted artists showing off their skills that had us go WTF! With every year, Comic-Con is making it big in India; people are getting a hang of it and we see a rise in the number of followers year after year making it a big nerd (read: fantastic) family.

Sunday had a perfect end to the Comic-Con Delhi edition where people couldn’t get enough of the three-day extravaganza. We looked for different and memorable merchandises to take home with us raiding those numerous stalls (that’s the only thing we could do). The main attractions to the event were the known personalities Kristian Nairn (who obviously grabbed the fame as Hodor from ‘Game of Thrones’ is also a DJ) and Rob Denbleyker, the creator of ‘Cyanide & Happiness’ who also gave his contribution for the mainstream but awesome superheroes like Batman and Spiderman (bet you didn’t know that!).

28th and 29th November were the happiest two days of November in Delhi. All thanks to Bacardi NH7 Weekender, people in the capital witnessed something so legendary that they couldn’t get enough. Coming back to us every year, Weekender has always landed right on our expectations with what they promise. And this year, they helped us Delhiites to put an end to November with a bang. This is what Bacardi NH7 Weekender did for us!

#1 Great music, of course!

That’s what Bacardi NH7 Weekender is all about when you have freaking fifty artists who performed for Delhi for two days! It included big names like, A.R. Rahman, Vishal Dadlani, Mark Ronson, Vir Das’ Alien Chutney and many more! This is what gets the people together every year. Seriously, if you missed out on this, feel sorry for yourself.

Talk about crazy party merchandises; from hoodies, sweatshirts, posters to even records for gramophones, everything a music-lover wants was available for them to purchase at the event and in abundance. It won’t be incorrect to say that the inner shopaholic of a music lover came to life for those two days.

#3 Bacardi OCULUS!

This year at Bacardi NH7 Weekender people were introduced to a 7D virtual experience, Bacardi OCULUS. It was an experience that took the fans and fun to another level and of course, raised the bar for all the other music fests happening around the country.

#4 Good food!

Where there are people, good music and drinks, food becomes a necessity. And when you have thousands of people come together for a great time food is what keeps the energy up. Plus, having stalls by some of the best outlets in the food court, people had to make difficult decisions between attending the concert and hogging some mouth-watering food.

Game of Thrones’ sixth season’s teaser is out and it really is just a big tease!

The forty second ‘teaser’ for Game of Thrones season six has left the world stunned, excited and with a lot of questions. First thing first, Jon Snow is there and so is everyone who has died so far in the series. Bummer, we know. But there are things that caught our attention. Like, the voiceover in the start that says, “We watch, we listen, and we remember. The past is already written. The ink is dry.” Followed by somewhat like a recap of most major events that happened in the last five seasons. The next thing we see is Brans warging into someone’s body and another voiceover follows in his voice saying, “They have no idea what’s going to happen.” And that’s it, HBO left us wondering what might just go down in season six but all we can do is make new theories to keep ourselves satisfied till the new season is out, which is April 2016.

Here’s the teaser, HBO has kind of fooled us, but you can’t help but watch it.

New trailer for Batman v Superman has arrived and the internet is freaking out!

It’s just been an hour that the new trailer for Batman v Superman has hit the internet and it is already driving all the fanatics mad. The new trailer was released on the TV show Jimmy Kimmel Live when Ben Affleck made an appearance on the show. The trailer is three minutes long and is very much capable of having your eye balls pop out because of the things that are going down. The detailed trailer has a rather fresh look on the villains and the fight between Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill is straight up ground-breaking. And the entrance of Wonder Woman will leave you in awe.

Some of us get a second chance at life and we should be grateful for it. Like human beings, animals too deserve a second chance and rightly so! Here’s a story of a dog who was hit by a car and lost his rear legs. Luckily, he got saved by the people at a dog shelter and he got another chance at life. What’s more, he got adopted by a couple who seem to have experienced what the dog must be going through first hand. The man who opened his doors to this dog found a best friend and saw his life change.

Lamest gifts that definitely end up getting passed on to someone else!

People tend to take gifting very lightly. They don’t understand how a gift means so much to some of us because, hello? Free stuff! But these people don’t care, a gift is a formality which is basically to tell you, ‘I was here and I bought you something so shitty that will help you remember me.’ It doesn’t matter how many times you had to step back but the greed in you makes your hands go forward and just grab that thing not knowing what’s behind that cool gift wrap. And what comes out of that packing makes you wish for X-ray vision, so you could just be prepared for the next time. (Although, that’s the least I’d do with x-ray vision)

Now, following are the lamest gifts that you may encounter in your life and if you do receive them, pack ‘em nice and pass ‘em on!

#1 Crockery Set

Crockery sets have been topping the list of lamest gifts for as long as we can remember. And by being the most common in the category they are also the ones to be passed on just the way they were received. Seriously, it’d be really nice if people could be a little more creative with their gifts. A beer mug set would be so much better, probably a gift that would make anyone happy as hell. You never know if the receiver might just pop some beer right there?

Another depressing gift is a flower vase; not for those who like flowers maybe but flowers die too and dead flowers in a vase is as depressing as it gets. Bollywood movies coming out this December have got us on our toes!

December has got some awesome movies planned for us, ones we’ve been waiting for. Some of these movies have been in the news for a long while and some we haven’t even heard of. The following movies are hitting the screens this December, take a look and decide which movie’s tickets you are getting booked!

#1 Hate Story 3: 4^th December

After the success of Hate Story 2, director Vishal Pandya is coming up with Hate Story 3 which stars Sharman Joshi, Zarine Khan, Karan Singh Grover, Puja Gupta and Daisy Shah. The plot of the movie is still not out, but the trailer is and we are not sure if we are looking forward.

#2 Angry Indian Goddesses: 4^th December

Angry Indian Goddesses is a movie about a group of all girl-friends who are invited to Goa at a friend’s place, and are surprised when they are told that one of their friends, Frieda, is getting married. The movie shows what happens next when all the secrets start coming out of the closet. The movie features a massive star cast including Sandhya Mridul, Anushka Manchanda, Amrit Maghera and many more.

#3 Kajarya: 4^th December

The movie, Kajarya, talks about the topic of sex selection in India. A thriller that moves through the city and villages of Haryana conveying a story about two women, Kajarya being the first one, a villager who’s been given the job to kill the newborn girls and a Journalist from New Delhi in search for a story, being the other one.

Ishq Click is a story of a girl who moves to Mumbai to make herself known in the world of modelling. In her journey, she comes across a photographer who she falls in love with. Adhyayan Suman and Sara Loren are in the lead.

#5 Bajirao Mastani: 18^th December

One of the most awaited movies of this year and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 14 years of work will be seen this month. The movie is a love story of Peshwa Baji Rao and his second wife Mastani. Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are in the lead roles while Priyanka Chopra plays Baji Rao’s first wife, Kashibai.

#6 Dilwale: 18^th December

The movie that EVERYONE is talking about! Fan or no fan but everyone wants to see what Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan are bringing to the screen. The plot for the movie is not available yet but who wants to know when you have the legendary duo on screen again after ages. The cast of the movie also includes Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sonan, Boman Irani and Kabir Bedi. It has been directed by Rohit Shetty.

You must remember the name, A Christmas Carol, from your school literature books. The movie is an adaptation of Charles Dickens’ novella about an old unhappy grumpy man who despises everyone and Christmas, Mr Ebenezer Scrooge. He is transformed into a loving and gentle man after he is visited by the business partner, Jacob Marley’s and ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come. Itis an animated movie and the character Ebenezer Scrooge is voiced by Jim Carrey.

The Nightmare Before Christmas also known as Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas is a poem written by Tim Burton only. The animated musical based on the poem is about, Jack Skellington (Danny Elfman), the king of Halloween Town who discovers Christmas Town but is unaware of the concept the city follows.
