Being tall is normally looked at as a blessing and people of all shapes and heights should be embraced equally. But if you’re a tall girl who loves her heels, we are sure you think about all sorts of things you’ll have to go through before putting your favourite pair of stilettos on. From loving your high heels to doubting your decision to wear them and wanting to beat up all the annoying short people who comment on your height, here are ten things tall girls face while stepping out wearing those heels.

1) And it starts with ‘You’re already tall, why do you wear heels?’

2) When you walk into a room, everyone stares at you and they keep staring until you’ve sat down.

3) Your girlfriends definitely use you when tall men aren’t around for all sorts of chores, “I am sure you can reach that item on the top shelf. Will you please bring it down for me?” And yes it’s annoying.

4) People often ask you “how’s the weather up there?” and you can’t help but give them the death stare.

5) People automatically assume you’re going to be good at every sport on this planet. Well honestly, all tall girls don’t know how to play a sport and being tall isn’t automatically going to make anyone good at any sport.

6) Taking pictures with your friends is always a task obviously because you are always out of the frame. Always.

7) Wanting to wear heels because well they look great, but not wanting to wear heels because you don’t want to tower over every single person you’re going to be around (which is more of a perk when you’re trying to avoid some people).

8) Those comments when you walk down a street and a little kid goes like “Hey mom, can you see that tall thing?” and you go like “Hey kid just wait till you hit puberty and this sh*t gets awkward real quick?”

9) A tall girl can be a singer, a doctor or anything she wishes to be but wait, the only thing people think you could be is a model and with those heels on, you are definitely a MODEL.
