DIY: A guide to making your own makeup remover at home


It’s better to buy a good makeup remover if you love makeup. Especially if you wear makeup everyday as it is highly recommended to remove all traces of your makeup before going to bed. And if you’re tired of investing in expensive makeup removers from time to time, you can simply make it at home.

Yes, you heard that right. Grab a few things from your kitchen along with some toiletries and you are sorted.

Watch this DIY tutorial and learn how to make makeup remover at home. Don’t splurge but save your money to get some more makeup (*wink).

Things you need: Warm water, measuring cup, a spoon, coconut oil, glycerine, baby wash, cotton pads and an empty spray bottle


Follow the steps below:

Take the measuring cup and fill it with about 100 ml of warm water. Put 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of glycerine into it.


Pour 2 squirts of baby wash into the cup and mix it well. Now, transfer this mixture in a spray bottle and voila!
